The EE Pocket-lint Awards are nearly upon us for the 18th year, with the Shortlist for the 20 main categories now announced.
Each of the categories have six nominations and the Best Headphones 2021 category focuses on the best on-ear headphones immersing you in sound on the go. As with all the categories, the competition is tough with some excellent numbers having appeared over the last 12 months.
The Shortlisted nominees for Best Headphones 2021 are:

- Philips Fidelio L3
- Apple AirPods Max
- Urbanista Miami
- Bang & Olufsen Beoplay HXÂ
- Audio-Technica ATH-MX50xBT2

Voting in the 18th annual EE Pocket-lint Awards is now open so you can let us know which one of these great on-ear cans you think should win the Best Headphones award for this year and give us your verdict on all, or some, of the other tech across the 19 categories.
