In mid-April, the 25-year-old started re-sharing stories of people looking for life-saving resources to fight COVID, like ventilators and oxygen cylinders, in his home country of India. However, being an Instagram intermediary soon became unmanageable as requests flooded in.Â
So he turned to Discord, a group chat service, to connect people who had essentials with those with COVID or trying to save people suffering from the disease.
