When the news recently broke that Sam Neill, one of the kindest and most versatile actors in the entertainment industry, had passed away, I was deeply saddened, but it also made me reflect on his incredible body of work. I'll never forget watching his iconic performance as Alan Grant in Jurassic Park for the first time as a kid, and his standout roles in Dead Calm, The Piano, Peaky Blinders, and Thor: Ragnarok only reinforced what an exceptional talent he was.
