2 DAYS Ago, the thief at freepik , illegally upgraded my customer account, subscribed me to a yearly plan and then billed my credit card 250 Euros. And when i tried to get a refund they told me that I wasn't eligible for it.
I investigated with my team and no one authorized this upgrade, I can only imagine those dudes needed some quick cash and they decided to defraud an honest customer that has been working with them for years.
My advise, do not work with freepik, they will steal from you.
