I'm just gonna come out and say it: I think Tom Holland is the best Spider-Man actor. Since he debuted in 2016's Captain America: Civil War, the actor has achieved the perfect blend of heartfelt drama and quipy humor with his character. On top of that, his films proved to be lighthearted and entertaining adventures, but they weren't so campy that they couldn't be taken seriously. While Tobey Maguire and Andrew Maguire's Spider-Man films paved the way for the hero's success in theaters, Sony and Marvel Studios perfected the Spider-Man film formula with Holland.
