After a nearly year-long process, Paramount has announced that it has completed its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery for $110 billion. The two companies are now officially combined under the name Skydance, bringing Paramount's and Warner Bros.' film and television operations under one roof, along with two distinct streaming services: HBO Max and Paramount+.
