Original content has been the main priority of Apple TV ever since it launched in 2019. Over the years, the service has offered users its own list of acclaimed TV shows like Severance, Pluribus, The Studio, Widow's Bay, and Ted Lasso. It has also produced and distributed popular original films such as F1, Killers of the Flower Moon, and CODA. While it lets subscribers stream several movies not produced by Apple, they still have to pay an additional fee.
