A good height desk. Too much sitting is really bad for health. There are lot of health risks live heart, diabetes and much more diseases. Standing desks are better for our daily work routine. Standing throughout the day in the office can help lower risk of weight gain. Desks for home use with limited space should be smaller than office desks where there is a lot of room to work with.
