I love Google! I love Google! I love Google!

It is not so often that people can fall in love with a company. I blogged before about my profound affection for Google, its' culture, the company and most of the product they put out there. These products are built to serve people and not the other way round. Well let me tell you one more reason I am simply in love with Google.

It has been 4 years now that I am part of the Google Adsense program. For those of you that are unaware of it, Google has a program where they allow web developers to place Google Advertisement on their website and earn revenue.


4 Years ago I was a student at University, and as many of my kind (students), I was more than frequently broke and in need of Cash.  That when I first heard about Google Adsense.

Google Has been sending me checks with DHL, every month for 4 years now.

All I had to do was to place some Google Codes on the internet, and every time a page containing my code will be visited I would earn small revenue. And Whenever my revenues reach 100 USD (or more) After a month, Google will just go on and send me a nice check. Absolutely easy cash.

It takes about 7 days for a check to travel from Google in IRELAND to me in KIGALI. Just 7 days.

Thanks to the money from Google I was able to go through all my years at the University without needing financial help from my family. And now that I am done with school, Google Still go on and send me Nice Checks on a regular basis, with even more money that I use to earn back then.

According to the Google Adsense program terms of use, I am not allowed to publicly tell you how much exactly I receive from Google (Which is why the amount is hidden in the checks screenshot); But I will just Give you a hint; For most people that would be enough to spend their entire month without even working or needing a job here in Rwanda. ( I love working though.... lol ;). That is the best and only way I know of making free money out of the internet Giant Google, without even moving from home.

Well, I will never be grateful enough to Google for helping me all these years, with their Checks, Google Bailed me out of so many problems, that sometimes i feel like I owe it something,... My relationship with Google is no longer simply one of product user to company, I feel more like love for this company.  THANK YOU SO MUCH GOOGLE, I LOVE YOU. KEEP IT UP.
